Rice is the heart of Asian cooking. For sushi, short-grain sushi rice holds its shape and sticks together perfectly. Fragrant jasmine rice is ideal for Thai dishes and curries, while sticky rice (glutinous rice) is used for mochi desserts, Thai mango sticky rice and savoury snacks.
